Our first Maiz'In located in Burgundy up to 48 people:
A superb old stone lime kiln of 250m2 in the middle of a park of 2ha.
Completed by a cottage (70m2) and a guest room (15m2) 50m from the main building. Isolated in Burgundy, first shops less than 10min (Intermarche, mcdonalds ...)
A complex ideally designed for a friendly stay with friends or family, for a weekend or a week.

Housing
Our Maizin has been thinking and imagining to entertain itself with a large number of equipment:

1 living room of 60m2 fully equipped with bar, beer shooter, sound system (limited to 85db), lights, ice maker, beerpong tables, table football, video projector ...

1 Games Room of 40m2 with billiards, poker table, XXL TV (140cm), board games, darts, sofas, Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch.

1 kitchen of more than 40m2 completely redone in 2021 with all the appliances doubled: 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, double sink, three fridges of 300L each ... with raclette machine, multicrepe party, fondue machine, Nespresso machine ...

A main building with 4 bedrooms including a dormitory and 1 cottage with 1 bedroom and a guest room for groups of 35 people

- Bedroom 1 (main building) - sleeps 10:
1 queen size bunk double beds and 1 double bunk bed warmly integrated
1 bunk bed
1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not adjoining)

- Bedroom 2 (main building) - sleeps 6:
2 queen size double beds (including one on the mezzanine)
1 bunk bed
1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not adjoining and to be shared with bedroom 3)

- Bedroom 3 (main building) - sleeps 4
1 double bed
1 bunk bed
1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not adjoining and to be shared with bedroom 2)

-Dormitory (main building) - sleeps 14
2 double beds
2 queen size beds
3 bunk beds
1 bathroom with shower and toilet (not adjoining)

And for groups of more than 34 people and according to the final number:

- Gite (with kitchen) - sleeps 10
1 bedroom with 1 double bed + 1 single bed
1 mezzanine with 1 queen size double bed + 1 single bed
1 queen size bed in living room
1 sofa bed in living room
1 bathroom with shower and toilet

- Bed and breakfast - sleeps 4
1 queen size double bed bunk
1 private bathroom with toilet

Sheets and towels provided. A last bathroom with shower and toilet adjoining the Games Room is also available.

- 2 Ha of land
- 1 heated swimming pool with shelter of 8m x 4m from April to October.
- 1 petanque court 15mx4m
- 1 beach volleyball court
- 1 ping-pong table

- 1 electric plancha of 80cm

- 1 children's playground with swing and slide

Passenger access
Privatized detached house with access to cottage and / or bed and breakfast if more than 16 people and according to final number.

Other remarks
- Minimum of 2 nights mandatory
- Sheets and towels included.
- Shower gel included
- Cleaning not included and optional for 300 € excluding garbage and dishes (15 hours cleaning).

- Outdoor sound limit at 80db and indoor at 90db. Limiter present on site
