Our house is a short walk from Guethary city centre and Parliamentia beach
This 140sqm house is completely renovated with its own style, on a 1500sqm lot.
Everything has been done to make your seminar or shoot as enjoyable as possible :)
Our accommodation is unique because of its location which is in one in a residential privileged neighborhood and because of its decoration. Indeed, a warm and friendly atmosphere emanates from this house. We wished that each room had its own theme and that it was a different decoration while having a common thread in the house that is the wood...
ROOMS:
There are 4 traditional rooms with double beds and a dorm room with a large double bed and 3 single beds.
The double beds have in 160-200. (LUXE hotel bedding).
Each room has closets as well as its own TV.
3 bathrooms (2 with showers and one with shower and bathtub) as well as 4 toilets.
MOST:
We have laundry, dryer and 2 dishwashers. ! As well as a fireplace for long winter evenings.
PARKING: Can accommodate 3 cars.
EXTERIOR: It has two large terraces with a pizza oven. As well as outdoor benches for nest or aperitif!!!
