After 9 p.m., an additional $250 is charged for every 2 hours (from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m. and then from 11 p.m. to 1 a.m.).
Make the place clean - Opportunity to have the cleaning done by a specialized company (cost over quote)

-- catering service
-- animation music service
-- resa outdoor sidewalk terrace to view all of Paris Plein Sud facing a park (under certain conditions)
-- animation servers actors / actresses
