Description
PISCINE can be heated as an option; closed by electric rolling shutter, with small bath 1.10m and large bath 1.80m, located on a landscaped lot of approximately 3500m2; 3 km from the historic centre, with shady pergola of 10m x 4.50m. It is a beautiful villa called "the mas of the olive tree" Environment countryside where you can meet herds of sheep and sheep grazing quietly accompanied by the shepherd and herd dogs; and also horse farms.
The Camargue Nature Park is not far away with the many species of colourful birds that can be seen early in the morning or late in the day.
The huge sandy beaches are at the end of the road from Camargue Park at 35km.

Rules
1/ Heating pool from May to September: 22 euros/day (in half-season provide for the start-up, at your own expense, at least 6 days before your arrival;
2/ Lighting of the pool bottom projectors, air conditioning or heating villa,0.22 kw/h per sub-counters. (approximately 20 euros for a 7-night stay for 10 people)
3/ Hot water (excluding July and August) on readings with specific meters at the overall price of 17 euros/1000 litres. (approximately 18 euros for 18 people over a week)
4/ Visits of the coves possible on one or more days with boat pilot at your request.
Wakeboard, towed buoy, diving in a scuba diving (without framing). Meals taken on board or at a restaurant on the islands; Boat rental for up to 19 people (quote on request; About 500 euros).
5/ Final household (200 euros) including the supply and installation of bed linens and linens and some common cleaning products.
6/Caution (guarantee deposit) cheque of 3000 euros deposited on arrival and returned on your departure
