The maximum capacity and about 40 people. Parking 15 vehicles approximately. The rate is scalable according to the number of people and the duration of the event (afternoon, evening, day + evening):
Rules
MENAGE: Take care not to leave the place in a mess, ensuring the storage of furniture, objects and dishes. It is requested to clean LA CUISINE (the cleaning fee does not include dishes or maintenance of equipment such as oven, stove, coffee maker, etc.). HOUSEHOLD GARBAGE: Garbage cans are at your disposal. Please respect the rules of selective sorting in force: yellow bin for cardboard, plastic and metal packaging to be put directly in the container; blue bin for household waste in
SWIMMING POOL: Access and use of the pool is under
your full responsibility and that of your guests.
Protect your child: you must equip your child with armbands, a float swimsuit or a buoy adapted to his size. Children are only allowed in the pool enclosure under the constant and active supervision of adults. Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory.
DEPOSIT: A deposit is requested at the inventory of fixtures of entry, the latter will be returned to you once your event is over:
- the deposit must be given by bank check or cash, on the day of the inventory of fixtures of entry.
- the deposit will be returned during the inventory of fixtures of exit.
Attention, if your event ends at night, the inventory will be made the next day and the deposit returned at that time.
A deduction will be made from your deposit:
• In case of damage due to your recklessness or if the state of cleanliness of the place is considered unacceptable,
• If the number of guests exceeds the number written on the contract,
• If departure times are not respected
• Intervention of the police for noise, levy of 450 €
