Located on the Breton coast, the Emerald Coast is one of brittany's most beautiful coastlines. The Terraces du Val will allow you access to the beach on foot, Les Terrasses du Val basre under the Breton sun facing the Ile de Bréhat, The Bay of Hillion and the Bay of Saint-Brieuc.

Space: 250 m2 - 120 seats - Disabled access - DJ space with sound- Home of 10 to 120 people. You want to celebrate a special, professional event, our rooms are flexible, soundproof, air-conditioned and sea views.

Price: Price available at weekends, daytime, half-day

Rental: sound: 150 euros (compulsory), marquee 5X10 (capacity of about 60 people) 500 euros/weekend (optional), ceremonial barnum 3X3: 250 euros/weekend (optional)

The Terraces of the Val offers the Villa les Jumelles des Roziou rated 5 and the villa Longère des Roziou classified 4. 

These villas are located a 10-minute drive from the reception hall on the commune of Erquy and located 300 meters from one of the most beautiful beaches in France. These villas are for 6 to 10 people with their pools heated all year round. Information and reservation on request depending on availability.
