Our rooms are located in Montigny-Le-Bretonneux (78180) and are offered totally empty with high ceilings. Various services can be offered at an additional cost such as decoration, catering, sweets, sound equipment, overhead projector, tables, chairs, etc. if you are interested, just ask for :).

Our rooms can accommodate up to 90 people for cocktail receptions and about 60 for seated dinners.

Transport: bus stop in front of the building 22 kilometres from Paris Motorways A12, A13 exit "Saint Quentin" Route nationale 10 Route départementale 306 SNCF train station station "Trappes" 5 min by bus SNCF station and RER C station "Saint Quentin" 10 min by bus.

Our rooms were refurbished in early 2024, located on the 1st floor with elevator in a business area. Toilets and parking with about thirty spaces available. There is no internet connection, no smoking inside, please smoke outside the premises and especially to clean/pick up megaux and other rubbish outside. You will be asked to clean the room and toilet at the end of the rental (floors, walls if stains), but also to take out the bins and put them in the appropriate outdoor containers (recycle and bring your cleaning products and garbage bags), to close the windows, as well as to turn off the heating.

A visit to the venue is essential, with a 50% deposit to be deposited if you wish to book and the balance on the same day (no payment by credit card or cheque). Deposit of €1,500

For all 18-25 year olds (birthdays, events) we specify that we limit the intake of ALCOHOL if there is no family supervision and we recommend a bartender service.
