Located along the walks of the Parc de la Villette and rocked by the Philharmonie de Paris, L'Appart is a few steps from Les Halles, in the heart of an artistic and dynamic district. It is in this hybrid place that we invite you. It adapts perfectly to events whatever the request: Seminar, General Assembly, training, masterclass, company meeting, exhibition, vernissages and others....

We welcome you in a unique and cozy setting containing different spaces.

The living room of our vent space contains a modern and refined decoration. Its seating capacity is 50 people.

The glass roof, a coworking space, is capable of accommodating 10 to 15 people. It is a refined and vegetated setting that will be favorable to your creativity and will allow you to work in a studious, serene and conducive to learning atmosphere.

The game room is an ideal room for training or master classes that can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

The awakening room is a meeting place for 3 to 4 people with perfect soundproofing to allow you to work in complete silence.

For your food intake, please provide only cold catering.
