PARKING
Parking is possible in front of the house.
EXTERNAL ACCESS
Access to the outside is allowed until 10pm. Beyond this schedule, preferred in small groups of 2 or 3 people and favor whispering.
USE OF THE VENUE
The place is suitable for any festive and convivial event (birthday, bachelorette party, bachelor party, wedding, engagement, dinner, conference, after work, team building, new year, halloween, wine reception, filming etc.).
All minors must be accompanied by a legal representative or a responsible adult.

RENTAL PERIOD
The venue can be rented during the day, evening, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
The Guest and his guests must respect the schedules of the reservation. Installation and uninstallation time must be included in the reservation.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The tenant must arrive by his own means at the start time of his rental, and leave at the end time of his rental.
The time of preparation of the event and restoration at the exit is included in the duration of the rental.
It is recommended to add this preparation and storage time in the rental. A delay of the tenant does not cause a delay of his reservation beyond the end time initially planned.
STATE OF PLAY
An inventory of fixtures of entry and exit is carried out to ensure the conformity of the condition of the accommodation and equipment before and after the rental.

CAPACITY
The venue has a maximum capacity of 30 people including 20 seats.
ACCOMMODATION OPTION
Tenants cannot sleep on site.
PRESENCE OF THE OWNER
The owner can intervene throughout the duration of the rental. He carries out the inventory of fixtures of entry of exit. He ensures the technical conformity of the facilities and the use of the site.
CLEANING FEE
A mandatory cleaning fee of 30 € is applied
The tenant must take care not to leave the accommodation in disorder, in particular by ensuring the storage of objects and dishes used. The tenant will return the rented accommodation tidy and after carrying out a summary cleaning of the place.
The cleaning fee does not include dishes, maintenance of equipment such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, etc.
If tenants do not respect these rules of storage and maintenance at the end of his rental, the sum of 30 € will not be returned.
GARBAGE
Garbage cans are available to the tenant with a capacity of 40 liters. Please respect the selective sorting rules in force: cardboard, plastic and metal packaging; household waste and glass. Any glass waste must be disposed of by the tenant in the suitable containers nearby. No waste should be found in the outdoor spaces adjacent to the site.
SMOKING / NON-SMOKING AREA
Smoking is not allowed inside the venue. Any illegal drugs are prohibited in the place. It is allowed to smoke tobacco only in the yard provided for this purpose. Butts must be extinguished in ashtrays (and not on the ground) provided. However, in urban areas, please ask your guests to respect the surrounding neighborhood when they go out to smoke.
ANIMAL RECEPTION

VEHICLES
It is allowed to park vehicles in the courtyard as well as at the church level. The tenant and his guests must be attentive to the closing of the gate, at each entry and exit of the place.
MUSIC / SOUND LEVEL
Loud music inside is allowed as well as the presence of a DJ until 2am. The tenant is allowed to connect to the speakers via Bluetooth. The owner reserves the right to adjust the noise level. Outdoor music is allowed at a low level until 9pm. Any external noise nuisance (shouting, singing, noise generated by objects) is prohibited.
NEIGHBOURHOOD DISTURBANCE
Any nuisance considered as neighborhood disturbance or night disturbance can be reprimanded by law by a fine of 450 €, at the expense of the tenants occupying the place on the date of the facts. The landlord will have the option to charge this amount to the tenant.
Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of this regulation may be asked to leave the premises, without delay, at the simple request of the owner. The tenant's guests are under the full responsibility of the tenant vis-à-vis compliance with these regulations.
