We welcome you in an independent building of 2,200m2 dedicated to entrepreneurs, project teams, TPE/SME, or freelancers. Designed as a guesthouse for entrepreneurs, it brings all the necessary resources in a caring and professional environment. In particular, we have 220 workstations, spread over three different offerings: private offices, dedicated offices or coworking.

Turn-key work offers that fit your needs
Come and work in an inspiring and exchange-friendly work environment. We can accommodate teams of 1 to 100 employees. All our offices are in natural light, air-conditioned double flow (hot air/cold air) and wired. We provide more than 600m2 of common spaces in the DRC: spaces of conviviality, a fully equipped kitchen and a Bistrot Corner, Phone Box or even a large nomadic workspace. We also have 10 meeting rooms with ideal atmospheres for working, collaborating or brainstorming.

Your employees will also be able to enjoy our 700m2 garden with a badminton and volleyball court and our Chill Event room equipped with a pool table and various board games.

Geographical location and accessibility
We are located at 55 Colmar Avenue in Rueil-Malmaison, opposite THE RER A. Our space is also located a 1 minute drive from the A86, after the Chatou Bridge. In addition, buses are also accessible next to the RER station: 144 / 158 / 241 / 244 / 367 / 467. We also have 75 parking spaces in the basement. Finally, a station in Vélib is located in front of Work and Share.
